DR. MUSTAFA MASHAL, PH.D., P.E.
18 years of bridge engineering experience across research, practice, and academia. Ph.D. in Civil (Structural) Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Formerly a tenured Full Professor and the founder and director of the Structural Laboratory at Idaho State University, where his research was adopted by the Idaho Transportation Department in built bridges. A recognized specialist in Accelerated Bridge Construction and recipient of the 2020 ASCE Alfred Noble Prize.
